AYURVEDA FOR BURNING FEET

       Burning of the feet can be cause due to a number of factors. It is generally caused when the nerves are weak and prone to damage and weariness. People who have diabetes, nerve disorders, and have a job involving standing for a long time and older people are prone to burning feet, even though the young are not entirely pated from it. 


       Burning feet can be particularly troublesome if you wear sweat absorbing shoes and if your feet are constantly under friction as well. Here are some home remedies that can be adopted to prevent and control burning feet.

Tip 1 :

Mehandi leaves - 1 cup
Lemon juice -1/2 tbsp
Castor Oil – ½ tbsp

Method:

        Make a paste of Mehandi leaves. Add Lemon juice to it and apply to burning feet. After cleaning mehandi with water, apply Castor oil to get immediate relief.

Tip 2 :

        Take one teaspoon Kailas jeevan with grounded sugar every night half an hour before going to bed; you will feel the difference within a month.

Tip 3 :

Vettivare powder – 50gms
Thippathika – 50 gms
Kanda khajur – 50gm
Sandal wood powder – 50gms

Method

Mix all the above and make a mixture. Add a tablespoon with a cup of water and consume it daily once for better results
